Winemaking: Night harvest, direct pressing under an inert atmosphere, slow fermentation at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then short aging on fine lees to preserve the purity and liveliness of the fruit.
Tasting notes: Bright, pale yellow color. An appealing and fresh nose, marked by aromas of acacia, ripe and jammy fruit. A tender and balanced palate, supported by lively acidity and a contrasting finish of ripe fruit and citrus notes.
