Commande reçue très vite. Le vin est excellent, on retrouve vraiment le goût de la Provence. Super service de livraison.
Très bon rosé en accompagnement d'un barbecue. N'avons pas encore eu l'occasion de goûter aux autres vins commandés (arrivés trop tard pour notre petite fête). Dommage que la livraison ait mis du temps à arriver ; suite à un problème avec le transporteur DPD (5 ou 6 bouteilles de cassés lors du transport) qui n'a même pas daigné nous informer. C'est après notre appel que nous avons connu le souci donc retour du colis endommagé chez vous et nouvelle expédition avec UPS. Il faudrait peut être éviter de confier la livraison à DPD !!!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ROSÉ, A WHITE AND A RED WINE FROM PROVENCE?
- Rosé : Fresh, fruity, ideal as an aperitif or with summer dishes.
- White : Elegant, floral and sometimes slightly iodine-like, perfect with fish and shellfish.
- Red : Structured and rich, perfect for grilled meats or Mediterranean dishes.
Each color reveals a unique facet of our terroir.
What is the difference between the Prestige, Spéciale and Apogée vintages?
- Special : An approachable and expressive vintage, perfect for everyday enjoyment. Fresh, fruity, and convivial.
- Prestige : More structured, more complex. Made from a selection of plots, it is our signature cuvée.
- Apogee : The top of the range of the estate. Carefully crafted in limited quantities, it embodies the elegance and depth of our terroir.
HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP AN OPENED BOTTLE?
Rosé / White : 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator, in a small container.
Red : 2 to 3 days at room temperature, away from light.
HOW TO TASTE OUR WINES?
Serve rosé and white wines chilled, between 8 and 10°C, in tulip glasses.
Red wines are best enjoyed at around 16°C, in balloon or Bordeaux glasses.
Take your time… and let the wine express itself.
CAN WE VISIT THE ESTATE?
Yes, the estate welcomes you to its shop all year round, without prior reservation.
During the summer, also enjoy the unique experience of our musical evenings in the vineyards. (Reservations required for summer evenings)
