WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ROSÉ, A WHITE AND A RED WINE FROM PROVENCE?
  • Rosé : Fresh, fruity, ideal as an aperitif or with summer dishes.
  • White : Elegant, floral and sometimes slightly iodine-like, perfect with fish and shellfish.
  • Red : Structured and rich, perfect for grilled meats or Mediterranean dishes.

Each color reveals a unique facet of our terroir.

What is the difference between the Prestige, Spéciale and Apogée vintages?
  • Special : An approachable and expressive vintage, perfect for everyday enjoyment. Fresh, fruity, and convivial.
  • Prestige : More structured, more complex. Made from a selection of plots, it is our signature cuvée.
  • Apogee : The top of the range of the estate. Carefully crafted in limited quantities, it embodies the elegance and depth of our terroir.
HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP AN OPENED BOTTLE?

Rosé / White : 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator, in a small container.

Red : 2 to 3 days at room temperature, away from light.

HOW TO TASTE OUR WINES?

Serve rosé and white wines chilled, between 8 and 10°C, in tulip glasses.
