General Conditions of Use

PREAMBLE
The company SARL La Sanglière offers on the website " http://www.domaine-sangliere.com/ " (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), an electronic marketplace, allowing non-professional individuals (hereinafter referred to individually as "the Client") to get in touch with the wine producer (hereinafter referred to individually as "the Seller") and to place orders with the latter.

Sales between the Seller and the Customer are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which must also be accepted by the Customer with each order. These General Terms of Use supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use may be subject to subsequent modifications; the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in effect on the Site on the date the order is placed.

SARL La Sanglière invites the Customer to read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by clicking on the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" tab.

1. OBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to define the conditions under which SARL La Sanglière makes available to Customers the platform allowing the Customer to purchase products directly from the Seller.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
The Site allows the Customer to get in touch with the Seller in order to place orders for products and to pay the price of said products directly to the Seller.

Transactions carried out via the Site, relating to the purchase of products by the Customer, are concluded directly between the Customer and the Seller.

All complaints can be brought to the attention of SARL La Sanglière by email at: serviceclient@domaine-sangliere.com

In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use, La Sanglière reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Client concerned's access to the Site.

3. ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
The Client's access to the electronic marketplace is reserved for personal and private use.

To use the Site, the Client must accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use without restriction or reservation. This acceptance is formalized by a validation "click" during registration on the Site.

When opening this account, the Client must provide the data necessary for their identification. The Client agrees to provide only accurate information and to promptly inform La Sanglière of any changes to this information by sending a simple email to La Sanglière at the following address: serviceclient@domaine-sangliere.com

4. USE OF THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
Once the Customer has accessed the Site and logged in, they can select the products they wish to order and thus fill their "shopping cart".

The customer can remove products from their "shopping cart" or modify product quantities at any time by clicking on the designated icons. Once the products have been selected, the customer can confirm their "shopping cart" by clicking on the "finalize order" icon.

To finalize their order, the Customer must click on the "finalize order" icon and is then first asked to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the corresponding box.

The Customer definitively confirms their order by making payment. The order will only be considered final upon receipt of full payment.

Once their order is finalized, the Customer will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when creating their account. This email will confirm the essential details of the order, including the products and their prices.
