Sophie T.A very good rosé, with a lovely, lingering finish. I served it with salmon tartare: delicious.

Between the sea and the vineyards, a family story...
Since 1980, François Devictor passed on to his sons, Rémy and Olivier, and then to his grandson Pierre, his passion for the vineyard and this unique place, nestled in Bormes-les-Mimosas, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean.
Three generations united by the same love of the land and wine, year after year, craft cuvées that tell the story of the light, the sea, and the warmth of Provence.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ROSÉ, A WHITE AND A RED WINE FROM PROVENCE?
- Rosé : Fresh, fruity, ideal as an aperitif or with summer dishes.
- White : Elegant, floral and sometimes slightly iodine-like, perfect with fish and shellfish.
- Red : Structured and rich, perfect for grilled meats or Mediterranean dishes.
Each color reveals a unique facet of our terroir.
What is the difference between the Prestige, Spéciale and Apogée vintages?
- Special : An approachable and expressive vintage, perfect for everyday enjoyment. Fresh, fruity, and convivial.
- Prestige : More structured, more complex. Made from a selection of plots, it is our signature cuvée.
- Apogee : The top of the range of the estate. Carefully crafted in limited quantities, it embodies the elegance and depth of our terroir.
HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP AN OPENED BOTTLE?
Rosé / White : 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator, in a small container.
