Collection: Grocery & Local Products

Two types of products, one common purpose: eating well, simply.

The spreads are made without preservatives, using only the finest ingredients: eggplant, olives, anchovies, goat cheese, and tomatoes. Seven distinct recipes, each with its own unique character. Enjoy them as an appetizer on toast, use them in cooking to enhance a dish, or simply eat them by the spoonful when you're short on time.

The olive oil is extra virgin—the highest grade in its category. Drizzle it over the spreads, on vegetables, or in a vinaigrette. Best enjoyed raw.
